Responsibilities
-Formulate all trade marketing and in-store promotions strategies to drive business growth in key channels
-Lead and monitor effective execution of strategic marketing activities and campaigns
-Mange of expenses allocation and budget planning of yearly/quarterly/seasonal trade promotion activities
-Initiate the creative development and implementation of POP materials to achieve business objectives and strengthen products awareness
-Ability to work effectively across function includes Trade Marketing, General Trade, Sales and Finance Teams
-Analyze performance of activities, campaigns and ROI
Requirements
-University graduate in Marketing or Business
-6 years or above experience in trade marketing field gained from FMCG industry
-Supervisory experience is a must
-Excellent analytical and leadership abilities
-Strong understanding of trade marketing and category management
-Result-driven, independent and proactive with positive attitude
-Fluent in English and Chinese with excellent communication and presentation skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
